The rooms where excellent - very clean and spacious.

I liked everything just could upgrade their food side of things.

Good location for the area, can walk to most places around and the pool was a good size to swim and freshen up in the heat. Good set up for kids and adults to have their own space.

The beds were very hard, the kitchen and bathroom were very run down. The apartment met the needs but was not quite what we were expecting.

Friendly and welcoming staff and in a good location. The food served in the hotel was affordable and tasty. They had a nice pool and laundry services which was convenient. The villa we booked was nice and had everything we needed have a comfortable stay.

The hotel is a little old. Could use some touching up. Overall it was peaceful and we enjoyed our stay.

I went with my wife and two young kids, when we arrived I was expecting the room I booked which was going to be ok for a night but to my surprise I was upgraded to a suite which was perfect and told if I ever come back which I will we would always get the same deal.

Had a Garden Cottage upstairs.. was quite generous sized room with sofa and fridge +tea/coffee facilities.. the aircon was noisy.. but when I mentioned to housekeeping staff they had a repair service done... it could have been colder as I had on 16 for 4 days...and it struggled to keep the room cool... other places at that temp the room would be freezing and have to raise it to 20.. had a comfy sofa on balcony which I really appreciated and used daily.. there also was mosquito coils to burn on verandah..pool was quite cold but I enjoyed that.. it was usually quiet there... the swim up bar is not usable.. had to go upstairs to bar and order a drink... I got charged $5.00 5.0000rp for a small bintang which I thought a bit pricey.. so bought my own at circle k for $2.80 ea) 2.8000rp the garden is lovely around the cottages.. overall I enjoyed my stay.

Wonderful stay after we first arrived into Bali. We only stayed two nights before moving to Ubud. Staff were so accommodating and friendly. Pool was great. Would stay again.

What an amazing find, great hotel!We stayed in the superior garden bungalow and had booked for 5 nights, but ended up extending 2 more nights while we were there because we enjoyed it so much.ROOMStayed on a ground floor of the superior garden bungalow. Small little walk along rhe garden path from reception but so lovely. The room was huge and had a large double bed, a double pull out bed/couch, separate little room for luggage and it's own big bathroom with toilet and shower. There was a kettle, TV, mini fridge and safe.CLEANLINESSThe room was cleaned immaculately, there were 2 days where we asked for it not to be cleaned as our baby was sleeping and on those occasions we were given fresh bedding, towels and teas & coffees top ups..HOTEL FACILITIESThe hotel has its own restaurant and we ate here when we weren't out. Good food and reasonably priced.There are two pools, both cleaned every morning and plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas if you need. There are also free pool towels.There is an onsite laundry service with clothes done on the same day, ready at 5pm. Costs 3000Rupiah per item. Fantastic price and service. Other laundry services in the area cost approx 40k per kg.The bungalows are set in pretty gardens.STAFFThe staff were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone was friendly and made us feel at home.We stayed during Nyepi and were well looked after that day as well.LOCATIONExcellent, well placed. If you want to visit beach clubs there are 3 within 5 to 15min walking distance... Mrs Sippy, Potatoe Head and Woo Bar (The W). Ku De Ta is nearby as well.Lots of restaurants and shops around, with Seminyak village/square about 5min in a taxi or 15min walk. PRICEWhat a bargain. Maybe because we went in off season but I could have easily paid double and not had a problem, well worth the money.Stay here, you won't regret it!

My family and I loved our stay here for the 2 weeks. The staff is absolutely amazing. They are welcoming and caring. I would recommend this place to anyone. I can't wait to come back here next year.Thank you, Bali Mystique.

The mosquito net had dead mosquitos and spider net not properly cleaned. The bathroom wasn’t super clean.

Breakfast was great coffee surprisingly good … love the butter dust … want one for home … the bed was amazing so comfortable

Plumbing needs a boost and maybe invest in a pressure washer for the tiles on the terraces …. But other than that….. it was perfect in many ways … thank you

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is very good, near the beach, shops and restaurant. Room is spacious and quiet. Worth the price for the market.

My second stay in a different room, no hot water in the afternoon and next morning. Pool area needs a makeover and possibly more sun lounges.

Great spot , walking distance to everything. Clean comfortable. Great value for money.

Pool bar never open. Pool so deep and always freezing. My shower pressure was pretty bad , but my sister in next villa says hers was great.

Good location, close to restaurants. Pool was nice. Room was cleaner daily and new towels each day.

Visited the hotel to use as a place that was cheap to stay whilst I was working in other locations. It was decent enough for the price I paid. Checking was a bit busy, but the lady on the desk was wonderful and calm, dealing with a wave of people that came all at once. The room was nice and had lots of space. The bed was cosy, and I had a good sleep. Although near the main road, it was very peaceful. The location is good for accessing lots of restaurants, which I did in the evening. I had breakfast in the morning, and the quality was good. Everything seemed clean and fresh. Ensure you ask for your egg to be cooked how you want. My first fried egg was very runny. The pool area was clean and tidy and nice size to stretch out and swim.

The cleanliness of the place was ok but could have been better. The place needs a bit of an update and a lick of paint. There were a few stains on the wall, and the towels and bedding were clean and changed, but they felt rough and had a few little stains. Just need a bit of a refresh! The bed netting didn't actually close around the bed.

We visited last year and were looking forward to staying again. The rooms are large with TV, Fridge, Kettle. Rooms cleaned and water provided everyday. Warm water in shower and clean room.

This time we were in the first bungalow and it was extremely loud at night with music playing some nights till 2am from bars near meaning we slept bad every night. No soap provided in bathroom for the sink.

The room was lovely with a fridge, kettle and TV.There are plenty of plants around the pool and facility, giving it a resort feel at an affordable price. Location is a short walk to Potato Head and Seminyak Square.

Lacked a little in atmosphere as there wasn't really anyone at bar or in pool but perfect if you want a private swim and its close to endless amounts of bars and restaurants

Would have liked a cheaper room as only me but ended up with a room with two doubled. Garden room would have been fine.

Location is great walking to everything in Seminyak. Bungalow set up is good and pool good location. Cafe at front of place so you can see all the activity.

The bathroom exterior vents / windows had been sealed off - the bathroom smelt mouldy & musty as no fresh air through there. There were a lot of mosquito's in the room, in the end I bought my own spray. There are wild cats all over the property that are very menacingly begging for food, you can't sit on your balcony and have food without them coming all around you. I think one of them got in my room and pissed in it - smelled so bad. My door did not lock, when I arrived at midnight the guy mucked around for ages but it was never going to be fixed. He offered to lock me in the room - Ummm no thank you. I had to push the furniture up against the door when I slept.
